Still getting glowing edges when I'm near them when used in combination with Billboards HD Remade LOD Additions and Improvements seems to have too many issues. I don't understand why VNV would recommend a broken mod. I just gave up on it.
Up close when the LOD is turned off? It's probably just an issue of white textures glowing too brightly from sunny weather. Depends on the weather mod.
