What are the chances you can make a mod that allows you to have the super mutants of Jacobstown? fight at Hoover Dam. Either assisting or coordinating. Marcus is the tactician and is in the rear. Though I'm going to assume this would require voice ai work, scripting and custom dialogue would be pretty cool though.
It can be done. You could just place some mutants at the dam and enable them at the battle. Make them friendly to the player and give them a basic follow package. But not from me.
Would you make one to hide the tweaks menu for stewietweaks and/or mcm in the pause menu. I wanna use this for a coop server on nvmp to prevent file changes and desyncs. Also so my cousins daughter doesnt f*#@ up my settings on my asus ally.

I don't know something like that can be done for MCM. But you can just as easily disable the esp.
That would be perfect for Zelda style quick menu mod.
