   They are so common in the capital wastelands it's a miracle anyone's starving. Great mod though, the only nitpick I have is that they're pretty heavy.

   So sometimes vault-tec does harmless experiments. If I start yelling the word "Chocolate!" to traveling merchants who sell these, would that be considered harmless so long as I throw them my money and tell them that I want to buy all their chocolate?

   Okay, but how much diabetes do they give you in exchange for a stat buff? A lot of diabetes or an extra, extra large helping of diabetes?

   Seeing how it's produced by Vault-Tec, it probably has microchips inside that turn you into a sleeper agent upon saying "Tim Cain was not in the credits of the Fallout show."
