This mod is simple enough: Make 3 perks that change the attack speed only affect semi auto weapons. Because I think is doesn't make scence to make automatic weapon fire faster, especially assault carbine, that already have fast enough attack speed.
The following is the Perk affected: Fast shot Trigger Discipline Ain't Like That Now
The reason why YUP is needed is to make this mod compatible with the change YUP made.
