Now sorta with TTW support

Replaces the helmet with the one from TOTNW 2.0. Also includes texture so it matches better (will match both original and darker versions). Now with higher res textures. DOES NOT WORK WITH STANDARD VERSION/TTW

Makes the under armor blue similar to the hood you see in the original Fallout.

Just a possible fix if your decals are still popping up and floating when using Ballsofdoom's patch. May or may not work for you, not required. Try it if you want.
