There is no reload sound for me in 3rd person animations and animation itself is very off, all ok in first person mode. It's possible that some animation mods can conflict with the weapon? I use your FN 57 mod too and it's behaving fine.
They're distributed into leveled lists, should start showing up around Tier 3. Check Gun Runners first. If you don't see them, wait 3 in game days for the vendor inventories to reset.
NOTE: For anyone using Real Time Reflections (or are thinking about using it), I don't recommend it personally. It does damper the quality of the weapon by placing reflections onto the grip and partially the rest of the weapon making it look strange. Not an issue with this mod, just how RTR works.
