    Hello, Zebumper!

    Thank you for your mods, i am a big fan! I found a conflict in xEdit with Panzermann's outsidebets from his New Vegas Uncut - Panzermann's Edition. I was planning to allow outsidebets win this conflict because of "Quest item" flags. Is there anything important in these records? Could you tell me please what a WallMarker "WallLean" actually is? Thanks!

      Yes, let outside bets win those conflict. Those markers are the markers where NPC use the "leaning on wall" aniamtion set. I disabled some because there were too many but outside bets seems to use them, certainly making some new npcs using them by default (that's why they are set as quest item, you need that to attribute a marker to a particular NPC)

      Hi, just wanted to mention that the version of Panzermann's 'Outside Bets for Viva New Vegas' Uncut Wasteland' is an esm and therefore can't win the conflict, do you plan on making an SUPER lively version, that is an esm, that includes this mod in the future?

      You can enable the .esm flag with FNVEdit. Planned for sure into a big esm file, but not for now.

    Evolutive is such a cool use from having both non/fancy versions! Plays so well into the changing worldspace obsidian was trying to achieve 💚

    I guess this makes sense however i don't realistically see them putting these signs up and the sort knowing the risk of being spotted from a distance. Since Neon signs glow brighter than that of LED"s and OLEDS. Never the less from a lively sense its nice.

      They are not glowing at all, they are broken neon signs, but I admit I hesitate long time before putting them. At first it was part of an evolution of the trading post (first time you come, no signs, then few days after, signs and new objets). But I totally removed this feature and I like the mod like that for now. May change in future.

      Why would they be worried about being spotted from a distance? They're a trading post right outside Vegas. They want to be spotted.
