Fixes one instance of cell door overlap between NVIR and Courier Stations Reimagined

NV Interiors Remastered and Mojave Express Courier Stations Reimagined both happen to use the same building at the Cottonwood Cove Overlook, and so their doors overlap. This mod simply moves the NVIR door to the building directly across from it, so you can enjoy the features from both mods. Navmesh was also re-finalized to account for the new door placement, and so this mod is esm-flagged.
