    Not sure if this is a mesh bug or normal map bug, but the sunset sarsaparilla billboard looks too bright when the sun is facing it, and then when the sun is behind it the cracks are too bright. Only noticed on sarsaparilla billboard, but only checked a couple other ones in jean sky diving area. Great mod though thank you.

      There has been indeed some problem with normalmaps in the files I uploaded, I have no idea why.
      I have uploaded new versions of the files, the issue should be fixed.
      Weird that you're the only person who reported this, lol.

      thanks king. that update fixed it.
      yeah i don't have a response to that that isn't super cynical. seems people have no problem reporting incompatibilities and telling the mod author their mod is broken even though they don't mention they're using 200 esps and 10 year old broken mods like fook and project nevada. but when it comes to a genuine bug/broken file/mistake in uploading it seems nobody mentions anything. i'm being cynical but the reality is this is probably an outlier situation maybe.

      Yeah people work in mysterious ways. I remember once finding a mod from 2014 that had thousands of downloads and 500+ endorsements and it wasn't until 2021 when someone pointed out in the comments that the mod is missing files and there is no way that it works. And yet people endorsed it and commented on how good it looks like. Lol. Here's the mod:

    I would love to see a 2k version 4k is a bit overkill for New vegas.

      The billboards are rather large objects so they benefit from 4K textures. But I can upload 2K version sure, will do that later.

      True but I always like to strive for stability and a smooth game.

      I agree they are great but 4k textures in New Vegas is just asking for out of memory crashes lol

      @zerogravity060
      If you have a decent GPU and New Vegas Tick Fix with the modified DirectX behaviour setting turned on you will never crash. There was this 17GB big AI texture pack with every single 1k texture in the game upscaled to 4K (it's deleted for some reason) and I didn't crash even when I was running with "player.setav speedmult 500" across the map. And that's on GTX 1080.

      interesting, I'll have to find out whats causing my memory crashes. I cant play the game at 4k without my game crashing but can play at 1080p for hours, I'm on a 3080 10gb so I figured it was using to much memory from a much higher res

      I have a 24" 1080p monitor so I've never tried playing at any resolution higher than that. But on 1080p my game has been rock solid and stable, even heavily modded with HQ textures and generated LOD. I use the mentioned setting in Tick Fix and also DXVK + OneTweak (without these, your game will freeze when you alt-tab). You can always try NVAC too, some people say this mod shouldn't be used, but for me personally it helped a lot with crashing in the past.

      you using xNVSE? 6.3.3 had a memory leak I think but 6.3.4 I think fixed it. Be sure to update it. Also on a 3080 with a 5900x.

    Thank you for the 2k version. 4k is a little overkill for the new Vegas engine. Which I have installed many mods to make it run smoother...but perfectly smooth does not seem possible.

    Look awesome, 4K textures should not exist though, 2K is easily enough

    Would be cool to see a sun-stained version too, they look brand new besides the peeling
