The armor that this mod adds are: Base Army Desert Ghost *Unique Helmet located in Followers safehouse* Ranger Talon Van Graff Winter Winter Medic
At the moment it is distributed only to Van Graff, Gun Runners guards, some random NPCs and vendors.
