   Right there with you on the potato; Core i5-9400 + 32Gb RAM + UHD630 graphics + 1Tb M.2 nVME SSD.
   
   The CPU and the integrated graphics are the real bottleneck.
   
   I've got Springvale Garage, but I'm gonna grab this just the same.

      I don't know if spring Springvale garage has a working tv but this house has 3.As long as you have all requirement its a good mod im sure you'll like it.
