I mean this to be as constructive as possible and with all due respect as you have obviously put alot of time into your textures and they are of a high quality, higher than i am capable of for sure, however one thing I have noticed several times when looking at your textures is poor contrast. Some are far too light, especially alongside the dark contrasting saturated style most vanilla textures have, the bricks for instance in this texture look washed out, a greater contrast helps it look more varied and less white, and in general will help your textures look more naturally grimey, especially stains/smudges.
To confirm my suspicion, I created a photoshop of your preview image where i selected just the sign and bricks, and simply increased the contrast, and corrected the brightness slightly as well and i must say to my eyes atleast, it now looks alot better. Ultimately this comes down to preference of course but i thought i would share my opinion with you as a potential thing to consider in the future.
