Both plugins require Adobe Classic Buildings which you can find here, I recommend picking up the undeleted and cleaned version which you can get here. Although fair warning, if you use the pathing fix plugin it may undo some of the work there since I redid the navmeshes for both of the barrack cells.
The only changes that were made in this mod were to Crimson Caravan and the two NPC's Alice McCafferty and Don Hosteler since they have a bug where they'll permanently stay in North Vegas Square. I tested Alice more as she seems involved in more quests but she still may run into some issues such as walking into walls, but she hasn't left the area from what I've seen.
The other plugin is for TTW YUP users who experience floating doors in the Crimson Caravan area, this plugin aims to fix that issue.
If anybody has any experience with navmeshing and pathfinding, I'm open to any advice. NPC-wise even with my attempt at fixing things it's still a very weird experience with NPC's walking into walls, bunching up, and being inconsistent between cell traversal.
