Remember the absolutely awesome Slam Weapons pack uploaded by Xetsobou and created by Slam 53?

It is a fantastic weapons pack that includes many modern era firearms for both FO3 and FNV
The only down side was a few issues with sounds and that the undermounted M203 was not useable.

Well Today, that changes! The M203 is now

"FIRST OFF!: I DID NOT CREATE THE TEXTURES SOUNDS OR MESHES FOR THIS MOD, THEY ORIGINATED FROM A FO3 MOD MADE BY A NEXUS MEMBER NAMED "Slam53" AND HIS COLLABORATORS. MY ONLY PART WAS PORTING THE MOD AND PLACEING THEM IN THE GAME." This was first said by Xetsobou on his upload of SLAM WEAPONS PACK V2.2

I want to extend on this by saying the above is still true in my case, i did absolutely nothing in regards to the creation of these gorgeous models, meshes or sounds but edited a couple of the rifles to have fully working undermounts, increased the damage values of said weapons to be much higher and fixed a sound bug I encountered.
And of course created a new weapon type (Grenade launcher and a Masterkey Shotgun that uses the M203 model) using assets from Xetsobou's upload, again orginally created by Slam53.

I have contacted Xetsobou for permission to upload these and he is happy for it to go ahead!

So then, now thats out of the way:


This version (V2.3) comes with all the orginal guns, 15 in Total from Xetsobou's upload
plus 6 new undermounts!

6 Versions of the M203 Undermounted on M16A4's included in this file:

M16A4 Masterkey (Fires ALL Shotgun shell types 6 rounds can be held)
M16A4 Flechette (Fires ALL Shotgun shell types 1 round can be held)
M16A4 Missile (Fires ALL Missile types 1 Missile can be held Also changed the value of Hive Missiles to have no spread!!)
M16A4 M203 (Fires ALL 40MM Grenade types 1 Grenade can be held)
M16A4 Rockets (Fires ALL Rocket types 1 Rocket can be held) 
M16A4 Acog with M203 (Same as above M203 but now with an Acog sight, 1 40MM Grenade can be held)

All weapons listed above are weighted at 1.00 so you can for example bring a M16A4 Grenadier (8 weight and fires 5.56 ammo) and a version that fires the undermount type of your choice which only adds 1 weight so no matter what type of undermount the total weight for both rifle and undermount will never exceed 9 weight, the ammo however is a different matter entirely.

As it stands the best way to use these is to bring the M16A4 Rifle chambered in 5.56 as your primary weapon and hotkey it to the which ever option you keep your main weapon on, then bring the whatever type of Undermount and give that a different hotkey so you can just press a button to switch between rifle and undermount. Theres a slight delay before switching and the gun switch animations will play but hell, it works just fine! 

All 15 weapons from the orginal version of this mod now have a health value of 50,000 making repairs happen about as often as they would in reality. They all have a damage increase, very good Critical damages and the undermounted versions have a very high critical damage modifier, upto 1800 damage in one case (Bye bye mini nuke! Ya no longer top dawg)
I kept their values as they were orginally to make repairs cheaper also (max in game value of a gun in this pack is 2250)
The Stats of each will be posted as a image.

LOCATIONS:
The orginal quest is still in play from the previous version, Go to school house and fight the merchant, grab his keys and get yourself up to Black Mountain and check the new area for the weapon store.....

OR! find them to your right in two lockers as soon as you come out of the Doc's house at the start of the game, in goodsprings.
All weapons are there from the pack plus the undermounts as well as ammo for them too! 
They also respawn in the containers, so please don't store anything in them! also if ever you somehow lose your gun, just go back to goodsprings to get more :D

INSTALLATIONS
copy the folders into your Fallout New Vegas directory's "Data" folder which is located here usually: "C:\Program Files\Bethesda Softworks\Fallout New Vegas\Data" (for Steam users: "C:\Program Files\Steam\SteamApps\common\Fallout New Vegas\Data")
