I like this but personally I find it way too easy to hack/lockpick everything I find without spending any points in those skills. And for hacking doesn't seem to have any negatives be default, you can just spam the button and you'll get in eventually.
For some reason it causes severe hang-up lag whenever I exit the pip-boy or exit the pause menu, and whenever I get a prompt pop-up, game returned to normal after disabling it. Fantastic mod though and worked exactly as intended with no issue other than the above.
My dice rolls seem to be bugged, I keep rolling massive negative and positive numbers and can unlock very hard locks even at like 10 lock pick skill, any known fix?
Installed this partway in my playthrough, and while hacking works as intended, the lockpick minigame always shows up even with dice rolls enabled for it. Is it encouraged to install this only on new saves?
iirc didn't the classic games have a similar system, where it would just generate a random probability of successfully picking a lock based on your skill level
