   Wouldn't Vault 22 Flora Overhaul Remastered be a Requirement?
   
   That mod now incorporates this fix as of version 1.4.

   I didn’t know that it could cause crashes, is it only with vault 22 remastered or is it with other cells as well?

      Any cell that has water but not the has water flag will result in a crash.
