TheOutlander's Ulysses Replacer is my personal favorite version of Ulysses, however it had a fair amount of issues and is not compatible with the Cirosan's Ulysses Companion Mod. This is simply an edited/patched version of both mods, all in one merged plugin.

Ulysses will have his duster, mask, SMG, and Old Glory by default. His mask can be removed from his inventory once recruited.

Two versions are available, one for base FNV and another for TTW.
This mod is standalone, all that is required is FNV Ultimate Edition. DO NOT install the original Ulysses Companion Mod or TheOutlanders' Ulysses Replacer.

Any mods that change Ulysses are probably not compatible. JIP Companions Command and Control is recommended.
