Just an adjusted version of my "Very Hard" difficulty setup for both the Reynolds Model 2277 Hammer and Boone's Judgment. Stats are extremely OP, but the OP-ness is only OP-ness if you understand and appreciate the benefits and the limitations of repeaters; put simply: Marksmanship Is King. Each rifle has also been given B42 Optics support; the Ranger edition features a holo reticle, while Boone's Judgment features a sniper's reticle.
