DESCRIPTION
Thanks to this mod, you will be able to take a ride on EL Diablo. How? Just activate the panel and enjoy the ride.
This mod is the result of a collaboration between Ashens2014 and myself. Ashens did much of the groundwork repairing the coaster and animating the car. With a little magic I was able to make it rideable.
I dreamed once of taking a ride on the Primm's roller coaster and I am sure many of you too. Now you can. Is not perfect. However, I hop you like it. Enjoy it. Share your comments and impresions.
WARNING
If you are playing on 3rd person, change to 1st person view before activating the panel. Do not activate the control panel in 3rd person or the animation will not work.
I recomend you eliminate all hostiles around before you activate the panel. Otherwise, the panel will not work.
INSTALLATION
Extract the A_Ride_On_El_Diablo.rar in your Fallout New Vegas data folder.
REQUIREMENTS
Only the base game.
COMPATIBILITY
This mod is not compatible with Ashens's mod "Rebuild the Primm Roller Coaster". This is an stand-alone version and is not dependant of the previous mod.
BUGS
The LOD in the south curve of the roller coaster will still be visible during the ride. However, if your LOd settings are better than mine, this issue may not occur.
This is a very experimental mod. If you find any other bug, report it in the comment section or bugs tab.
FAQ
Q: Can you make the ride in 3rd person?
A: No. I dont know how to do that.
Q: Can you make it go faster?
A: No. I tried to change the speed, but it causes a camera error when exiting the roller coaster that I cannot fix.
