Adds Hoverbots from Fallout Tactics to the Wasteland using SteelHardburger's amazing resource.

One of my favorite Fallout games is Tactics and its sad to see that none of the Calculator's robots have appeared in any subsequent games. So using SteelHardburger's amazing Hoverbot model I added them to the wasteland. I did this via several hard edits to the wasteland and robot leveled lists due to my lack of scripting knowledge so other mods that do the same will conflict. Though xedit is any easy way to patch them. They are fairly tough, probably more than even sentry bots. Watch out for their missiles though, a barrage of them will show you why the Calculator was so feared.
Lore: Despite being destroyed or absorbed into the Midwestern Brotherhood long ago some remnants of the Calculator's Army still exist wandering the wastes. They continue their hostility even long after their initial march against humanity ended. Its unknown how they survived the shutdown, though some speculate that some units never got the message to.
