If you only want the farming, housing, and brahmin herding functionality without the survival mechanics, there is a ported version of that functionality available in this mod:

    https://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/84990/

Also the Debadged/Reinforced armor feature has been ported to a standalone mod:

probably a dumb question but is there a way to disable parts of the mod? I really don't fw the level progression as I've been on level 13 for about 4 irl days 😭

I'm having an issue where my player speed is almost +100% more than normal. I saw that the player speed isn't that much of a difference in the description of changes, but I'd like to disable that if possible. Does the mod install an ini or has a configurable file to eliminate it or will I only be able to do it via the GECK?

Sounds like a bug or some kind of conflict. If you can send me info about your load order I can look into it.

Well, in concept, I love the sounds of everything else about the mod, I just don't like moving so fast. So if there's a setting, I'd love to know

I notice it seems to happen (at least on my end) when some modifier changes my carry weight but the game still thinks I'm overencumbered so it gives me the increased overencumbered move speed which when applied to running with power armor with a carry weight bonus is about 2x normal speed. Not terrible since there's limited fast travel tho its too easy to outrun enemies.

Well I noticed that, but the closer I got to my limit, the faster I got, which also didn't make sense. I don't know. I used FNVedit to remove the base speed modifier, and I'm just learning to live with the increase speed since it's far less noticeable, though my instincts tell me I'm still too fast, haha.

This mod is absolutely incredible and a literal game changer for immersion. Using it with uhMatt cars has been great, there's a natural balance to having to decide if I want to take my car or bike and risk it blowing up on the road, or if I want to use the water merchants and travel on foot to my next destination from there. The voice acting on the fast travel guy is great too, it's easily on par with the base game. Everything is just fluent and perfect.

I do seem to have an issue with Bishop, possibly (definitely) due to the Marijuana Plant mod. The only option I have is to try to sell him weed.

I like the realism of possibly being attacked while sleeping in an un-safe space.
However, Old Mormon Fort and Camp McCarren hardly seem to be unsafe locations?

Also every time I sleep in that are again the mob will revive and attack me/npcs again.

Julie Farkas doesn't seem to be able to cure my bacterial or parasite infections? D:
And with my barter of 24 the antibiotics are like 500 caps each. Noooooo thank you

I'm having a small problem with the mod and it's simply impossible to land shots from medium to long distances in third person. This is a problem for me because I play in third person. I've already done tests and the shots hit that enemy in first person and it's impossible in third person, it's as if the aim isn't closing.

I'm not sure if this is how it's how it's intended to be, but I feel like my hunger is going up faster than I can satiate it. Like I'm over 350 hunger before I leave Doc Mitchell's and am never below minor starvation no matter how much I eat. Sleep also seems to rase quickly for the timescale change, but it's more manageable.

Yeah that doesn't sound right. Are you using the optional timescale restore patch? That could be the issue, the rates are really balanced around the modified timescale.

If so I'll probably need to adjust the rates in that patch.

Hey, this was actually an issue with a new game start. It has been fixed with version 1.4.2

      Thanks for reporting!

Its semi compatible, some NPC's added by this mod get killed fast, but apart from that, its decent.

Re:  Living Desert -- Untested but I checked it out in FNVEdit and I wouldn't foresee any issues. Just load the MojaveSurvival.esm after it.

Please report back if you experience problems.

Re: Project Nevada. I highly doubt it, but I will check it out.

Necroing an old post, but dude, you honestly can use whichever mods suit your playthrough. I've run Project Nevada, Warzones, countless other mods that are considered buggy af and unplayable in the modern community, and with no more crashing issues than usual. Most of the time, it's just an issue with load order. I played a 100+ playthrough with Project Nevada and had a great time.

Its old, and buggy, its a compilation of multiple smaller mods, but you can use it if you want, hasn't been updated in years.
