Whoever modelled the glow mesh for the Tops's hotel messed up and accidentally flipped a window. So it's never visible to the player. This mod simply flips this window.
Additional enhancement available which hides the glow mesh during the day. The windows don't blend into the building well, but this doesn't matter when they are lit up at night. During day however it looks kinda bad.
Due to how the original mesh is set up small edits had to be done to the properties so the modded mesh is visible. Originally replacing the mesh with any mesh (even the unmodified vanilla one) lead to the mesh disappearing after a split second. This small edit doesn't make it look 1:1 with the original. Might not be a good fit for something like YUP.
