Behold, I present unto thee a mod of modest stature, yet of great import. In mine unwavering pursuit of perfection and a more resplendent wasteland,
I have taken it upon myself to rectify the lamentable affliction that hath befallen The Tops and Gomorrah buildings within their noble Courtyards.



As I traversed the realms of the Mojave Wasteland, mine eyes did witness a calamity of egregious proportions. Verily, when viewed from the esteemed grounds of The Strip, these architectural wonders didst radiate with luminescence, casting a mesmerizing glow upon all who gazed upon them. Yet, alas! As I ventured into The Tops' hallowed Courtyard, a foul tint of blue did taint the brilliance of day, while the cloak of night shrouded the windows in impenetrable darkness.

In my quest to restore harmony to these cherished structures, I embarked upon a swift and rudimentary endeavor. Guys, it literally took me 5 minutes.
By bestowing upon the TopsHotelLightsCourtyard an "InvertedDaylightRegion" emittance and altering the very climate (transmuted from NVUrbanClearClimate to NVtheStripClimate) that graces The Tops' inner sanctum, I sought to rectify this disheartening plight. And lo, the fruits of my labor yieldeth an ancillary boon, for the metamorphosis did extend its benevolent touch upon the Gomorrah Courtyard as well, for these brethren share a common abode. They use the same fucking cell.

I implore thee, vile trough-drinkers, to embark upon a quest of illumination, aided by Properly Illuminated Strip Courtyards (PISC).
Though born of a hasty and unrefined nature, this mod holds within its essence the power to banish the shadows that plague these esteemed hallows.
Cast aside thy doubts and partake in this endeavor, for thou shalt be forever transformed by the radiance that awaits thee.
May thy journey be... uh, illuminated?

Will this marvelous creation of mine find harmony with the myriad of other mods that populate the vast expanse of The Strip, you ask?

I haven't a single fathomable notion, by the blessed beards of the ancients and the flapping wings of impish sprites, of what manner of mystical enchantment shall transpire between this mod and its compatriots. Nay, 'tis a confounding conundrum, a riddle wrapped in a jest, a perplexity that would leave even the wittiest court jester scratching his motley-clad head. Soothly, I stand before thee, dear interlocutor, with naught but a puzzled expression and a quizzical tilt to mine hat. This mod's compatibility, like the machinations of fate, doth remain a whimsical mystery, a secret whispered only in the ears of rascally leprechauns and sly tricksters. Thus, I implore thee, with mirthful caution and a hearty chuckle, to embark upon this merry adventure and discover the fantastical outcome, for thou art truly walking upon the land of delightful uncertainty and bewitching surprises.

TL;DR: I haven't a fucking clue. Aye, I've bloody cobbled this mod together in a few blimin' minutes, haven't I? 'Aven't had much chance to test it, mind ya. I only went and made it 'cause I were proper gobsmacked that no bugger else 'ad the brass neck to do it. So, if tha thinks tha can do better, go on then! Give it a whirl and show me 'ow it's done. Let thy creativity shine brighter than a bobby's torch and craft a version that'll knock me knickers off, I tell ya!
