Yes, its TTW compatible.
No, it doesn't work retroactively.
Pre-Requisite:Usage:
Due to the nature of Misc Stats, even if you uninstall the mod, the stat will remain. So make a quick save play around to see if its something you want.

Pre-Requisite:Usage:
- Read and Install JIP LN NVSE Plugin
- Read and Install JohnnyGuitar NVSE
- Make a save before installing. Due to the nature of Misc Stats they cannot be removed once they are persisted in a game.
- Install with MO2
- Load Order doesn't matter, its a script runner
- Open Pip Boy
- Go to Stats
- Click General
- In the General section observe the new Misc Stat
