I don't comment often on mods but I truly love this weapon mod, especially when compared to other more 'modern' versions. The animations aren't overblown or over-exaggerated, the texture quality is perfectly in line with the game itself, the sound of it also deserves some praise. Other shotgun mods, and even other SPAS-12 mods, would use more modern crisper sounding firing and reloading sounds where it's all hyper realistic and clanky and clicky. But here it's naturally integrated into the game world. Love it all mate, thank you for your hard work!
FINALLY! A semi-auto SPAS-12. I am still pissed that the AWO guys blatantly refused to make a semi-auto version of their SPAS and it seems like you're the only mod author who's done it, complete with knvse anims.
Assuming that this uses vanilla texture for the gun would the weapon be affected by high texture mods, like nmc or any other texture mod; or will this weapon be using its own base textures? Would be the same for all your other guns.
Also, it would be nice if this weapon had a different name that fit the Fallout universe like "police shotgun" or something, instead of its official name.
It uses new textures, like most of my FNV mods (Chinese carbine is 1/2 vanilla textures). Only thing that would be affected by texture mods is the shotgun shell.
I made the gun very rare (maybe too rare). On Fallout 3 side of things, high level Talon Company have a chance to spawn with them. And it's added to vendors' rare spawn pool at level 15 and up.
any chance of a less rare version for f3 most mods that cover weapons for ttw dont add allot to ttw the vanilla weapons are pretty boring but this looks really good

You can change the name using FNVEdit.
