   Is this normal the mouse cursor stays in the top-left corner of the screen and thus can't select the dialog lines unless using arrow keys?

      Unfortunately I don't think that's possible as blocking the key to skip dialogue would stop the controller from working. You could use joytokey and rebind the controller a button to the enter key however

   If I wanted to edit the script to merely disable the skipping by mouse and by no other means (for misclick prevention), how would I do it?

      remove all the disables/enables except for control 4 and key 256

   My mouse has a really light trigger on it, not a problem 99% of the time but sometimes i just accidentally press it. Good mod!

   A lot of people won't get why this kind of mod would be necessary, but frankly, I love it, because the only way I'm gonna have the self-control to stop myself from skipping through dialogue is by literally removing the option to do so. Fantastic, definitely adding this to my next load order.

   Nice tweak, this seems like a good way to prevent skipping a dialogue if I press left click by accident.

    I've never felt as personally attacked as I have when I saw this mod. That being said, my ADHD ass may need to test this personal offense.
