Simply disables keys that skip while in dialogue, you can no longer skip dialogue.

Let me know if you find issues, not thoroughly tested.
Spamming Mouse1 and Enter still skips dialogue. Why? I don't know. Unintended "feature"
Turn on hide cursor in dialogue in Stewie's tweaks for better experience. Not required though. Also make sure WASD keys tweak are off, I don't know why but it enables the spacebar for me.
