What is this?
Ekonk made a great mod that upscales the clouds from Western Sky mod to a much greater resolution, but they had a horrible file size. The DDS files were like 180 MB each. This considerably slowed down loadings in the game and caused delay in loading other mods. This mod does basically the same thing but the textures are much better optimized. The 6000x6000 pixel version (same size as Ekonk's) is now 45MB big instead of 180. There is also a 3000x3000 version which is only about 11MB big. I recommend this one as there is barely any difference. Now this mod should not have any performance impact at all.
INSTALLATION:
This is a simple model/texture replacer. Install with your mod manager or simply drop the folders to your game Data directory.
