I'm not sure if it's a problem on my end, but I can't defat Collins peacefully after fixing the door(if that matters), both the 65 speech and Medicine(75 med required text not showing in the dialogue btw) result in just going back to the choices after asking why and the only result is "the proffesor seems determined".
I run VNVE+LODs with mods of my own aswell for context, but none add locations except for ITD
I've got three bobbleheads left strength, luck, and big guns, iv'e downloaded the cheat sheet, but it doesn't detail exactly which and where each bobblehead is found. Help pls
Are you planning to fix the roombounds? They have been broken for about 6 months in multiple locations throughout the vault. Excellent mod in all regards, just a bit of a bummer that you constantly see the void when running through. I think its probably in large part due to not using snap to grid when you're positioning portals etc.
Hi, thanks for the heads up!! The workings of the pesky roombounds are just so strange to me, but yes I do use the snap to grid, that’s the thing that bothers me! But what I feel is even more confusing is that the problematic areas of the roombounds are not constant. So one session there is an error at a certain portal, but when I later come back after restarting the game or something the problem is gone. That’s at least how it is on my end, but it might be different for everyone else playing!
I’ve lately started using Uranium Fever and the amount of broken roombounds increases with that modpack for whatever reason. If you or anyone else might have any idea what the problem might be I’d be glad to hear it, I feel like I’ve been tinkering with these roombounds for every single patch but there’s always something new.
I have heard tale of geck seemingly randomly disconnecting portals, but have not experienced it, even after roombounding all of DC AWOP. So i'm not really sure. Another thing i've noticed is that the portals need to be larger than the pathways in all dimensions, because it unintuitively will not work at certain angles if there are tiny gaps. But i'm not really sure what is going on in into the deeps case.
I'd be happy to take a look at some point when I have more time, just not sure exactly when I'll get to it. Sorry its been a headache for you.
In a room with a scientist, if you go to the center of the room, you fall through the textures of the floor into a room with a mainframe. It was the same in the old version. After killing the Professor, the quest remains unfinished. The found key cards are not displayed in the Pip-Boy, which is not convenient. Perk not working.
Nevertheless, I remain of the opinion that the mazes are very confusing with transitions between levels and there are not enough signs. I wandered around the mainframe for about 2 hours today and couldn't get out of the lab, so I had to use tcl. The question arose: what should I do with these 20 dummies and what happens if I don't collect all of them (so far I have managed to collect only 13 pieces).
The "Trained Mind" perk doesn't work. It has become much more enjoyable to play on the current version. A great mod! I apologize again for the stupid questions.
If the book crashes your game then I am almost certain that you’re playing on an older patch! Unless something else went wrong, I’d like to know which patch you’re on and if you have any other mods installed that might interfere in some way
I liked the mod, it's very interesting. The shelter is really huge. But I met a number of problems. 1. Gabriel doesn't want to follow me, he stands like a statue at the cage (I had to shoot him so that he wouldn't suffer himself and torment me). 2. Eliza has reached the entrance door to the laboratory and does not want to move anywhere else. 3. The mazes are very confusing, mainly because of the many transitions (ascent / descent), the minimap does not help much, there are not enough pointers. 4. I did not find a single dummy, I went through many of the indicated places. Maybe I don't have them displayed because of some fashion? And what do they even look like? 5. I found only one key card, for the living room. Maybe they just need to be placed near the corpse? 6. I have been wandering through these labyrinths for two days now, I am completely lost, and now I am on the verge of madness. Maybe it's because I walked through the shelter according to the principle of where the eyes look and not according to the markers of the quest? I'll sleep, I'll try to get through from the beginning.
Hi! I’m not sure what could be causing Gabriel to not follow you, I’ve never seen that before! Do you use any other mods that might change how NPCs use packages or something? That’s the best reason I can think of! But I’d just like to say that if you’re using TCL be warned that a lot of the triggers I used for the quests are not going to fire so quest stages might not trigger properly!
I am not completely sure about what you mean with ’dummy’ but if you’re referring to the bobbleheads my only guess would be that you’re playing on a older patch, they are a fairly recent addition so that might be why! I just hope you get it sorted out, but I get that it can be a hassle to get through it all, some of the way the signs of the vault will help, that combined with pointers from dialogue and quest markers are the best way to try to figure it out.
the bobbleheads look like regular ones, but with the vault 26 designation on the back and are a little more muted in colors , but I’m sure you’d recognize them if you saw them so my thinking is that they’re not present in your game for some reason. But as I stated above it sounds to me like you’re playing an older patch! Let me know if I can help you further and I’ll do my best! Good luck, and thanks a ton for checking the mod out and getting through it all even though it sounds like it wasn’t the best of experiences for you
Today, after getting enough sleep, I went on a second attempt at passing, already following the FAQ. All in all, it's pretty good, now both of them have followed me. I used "tcl" twice to enter the hidden rooms of the Reactor, because I still did not understand where to find the keys for them. I haven't even come to the surface yet, all these mazes are already flashing before my eyes, and additional pointers are clearly asking for. And about the Dummies, are these by any chance green figurines? If anything, they don't take it. And so I really liked the mod, although these labyrinths shook my nerves a lot.
I'm not sure if this has been asked or explained before, but where is the key to Abbadon Taylor's room? I looked through the cheat sheet but found nothing. All I have is a note that says "Under The Table" but which table lol? Btw, thanks for the great mod.
In the cheat sheet under the section titeled SECRETS I think you'll find what you need! Otherwise let me know and Ill help you out. Haha the under the table note is not related to the book It is for a bobblehead. Thanks for playing!
I found it finally, on my way to escort Elisa out of the vault now. Gonna take a while though as going through the office section, like the characters are saying "It's like a f*#@ing maze in here" hahaha.

I'm sorry for wasting your time. I will install the original version 2.0.2 now.
