      It's my own heavily modded personal version of jokerine's Nipton Rebuilt mod that I made to fix a lot of the glitches and really stupid oversights (like the express elevator being on the wrong side of the building.) I might release it to the public someday but its a perpetual work in progress and it's made rather sloppily from a shitload of other mods merged together. (MadNuttah's Marijuana mod naturally being required for the dispensary as well as most of jokerine's other mods, including the Moon Quest and the Strip Mall mods.)
