Retextures the levelUp Menu with one thats based on the Revelation Classic UI mod

This mod has been incorporated into Revelation UI Extras Collection (Classic Fallout UI) along my other UI mods
The Revelation (Classic Fallout UI) mod covered most of the UI elements but not the LevelUp menu, this mod just does that, replaces the vanilla LevelUp menu with this one for more consistency between the Ui elements of Revelation
IMPORTANT NOTE:
This mod has one limitation and that is that there might be clipping if the perk description is too long, the description box is big enough to cover the description of any vanilla perk (the image shows the description of Thought You Died, wich is the perk with the longest description in the base game). that being said there might be perks with longer descriptions on other languages
