I personally prefer how the lever-action rifle is held and fired in OG fallout 3, compared to how it is in vanilla TTW where it just reuses the LAR animations new vegas already has. It's important to note that one of the reasons why this probably wasn't how it was to begin with is that your thumb will block your ironsights since fallout 3 didn't have true ironsights.
So simply put, this mod runs a script that changes the Lever-Action Rifle, Lincoln's Repeater, BB Gun, and Abilene Kid BB Gun to use the OG fallout 3 animations instead of the new vegas ones. It also changes the cock sound of the BB guns to that of the lever-actions for simple consistency.
If you want the sights to be fixed for the lever-actions, use ISControlEnabler and append these settings to your ISControl.ini: [DLC04WeapRifle] X=0.0143 Y=1.4885 Z=0 tX=0 tY=0 [MS06LincolnsRifle] X=0.0143 Y=1.4885 Z=0 tX=0 tY=0
this will move the sights down a bit to make the thumb not block it.
