Pretty much followed wasteland survival guide without adding any other mods. It continually crashes when exiting to main menu on two seperate pcs with the crash logger indicating this was the issue. When I removed it from my mod list the issue was solved.
one pc is a desktop 4090 and the other is a legion go( amd apu).
I can try, but my system is not merely potato-tier, but *raw* potato-tier. It should be reproducible, however.
Still, I'll take a run at finding software to record it with.
EDIT: Confirmed; sorry, it's a no-go on Intel graphics. The captured framerate just isn't anywhere near good enough to let you see what I'm seeing. We're talking seconds-per-frame rather than frames-per-second.
its called z-fighting you ungrateful scrub. I would tell you to do it but it sounds like you expect other people to do it for you. Huh, kinda reminds me of what a whiny brat would say...weird.
My pip boy light is now green for some reason. I'm using this with the other dynamic pip boy light mod, the one that lets you customize color and intensity and all that. The hud, environmental light, everything is what I want - but the physical object on the player is green when I turn the light on. It wasn't like this before, any suggestions for a fix?
Are you using "Configurable Pip-Boy Light Color"? That is the cause of your Pip-Boy light being green it's set to change the color of the light with the color you selected for the Pip-Boy HUD. It has a setting in the INI: ;Makes the light match the Pip-Boy UI color. bMatchUIColor=0
If it's set to 1 then change it to 0. The default color of the Pip-Boy light is White when bMatchUIColor is set to Zero. This makes the third person models glow independently from the HUD color settings and the Pip-Boy light settings. If your HUD is set to Green, the Third-Person Pip-Boy light will glow green. Turn on the Pip-Boy light, and the 3rd Person Pip-Boy display will glow white. Enter the Pip-boy menu with the light turned on, and you can see the color change from white to green when the First-Person model animates on your screen.
Configurable Pip-Boy Light Color is truly the best Pip-boy Light mod. I highly recommend it and it works perfectly with this mod as I've been playing the game with this mod for over 30 hours now.
I'm using something which is also called 'dynamic pip boy light' (not this mod, a completely different mod: https://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/64023?tab=description) so I guess I'll give that mod a shot as a replacement because this is really bugging me. Thank you kindly for suggesting a solution, didn't really know what was causing it. Tyvm
Hmm, still very happily using enhanced camera here and i'm not quite sure how this mod would interact with that 3rd person body flopping about, vaguely attached to my character's head-camera. I think i'll pass for now, at least until i've tested all the other stuff i nabbed from you and a few more people just to be sure.

No crashes, but activating the Pip-Boy light results in the light coming on for about 1/10th of a second, then shutting off again.
