    I do believe this bug still exists on Starfield, or those are luminescent grasses.

      *This* exact bug? No. There's not a single code similarity between this, Starfield, or even Skyrim for that matter.

    if grass flickers while a firearm is going off, turn off ambient occlusion in your nvidia control panel

      I was working on restoring grass lighting and noticed that muzzle flash lights would stay in place after you shot the gun.

      No, that one just removes the light flashing to improve performance during combat. This one fixes a bug that causes the glow from that flash to not be culled.

      Muzzle flashes occlude all of the grass, not just the grass near you, if you add ambient occlusion. This mod sadly didn't fix it anyhow
