Previously this problem did not exist, because I was using a mod "Natural Waters For New Vegas" and textures from "EXE" was overlapped, so since I disabled NW this pixels became noticeable.
That's kinda crazy. I could never figure out why this was happening to me. Same issue I always had and got used to, pixelated EXE textures I didn't realize I was using once I stopped using Natural Waters. Appreciate you sharing the solution
Thanks for this mod and toxic water. I finally able to bring FNV world closer to movie The Book of Eli. Now water doesn’t stand out with unnatural blue color, everything is just perfect. I have dark radiation weather all the time, it’s from "Nevada Skies - Weather Effects", in Climate settings - Dream of Visari, if anyone is interested.
Does the mod change these locations manually, or how do the colors work? Wondering if mods that change pools of water / add new ones would technically work.
