Hello! Are you using Hitman's animations Season 3/automatic rifle? I was having the same issue because AWO uses its own animations, but will then default to Hitman's animations for holding and firing the weapon - which causes the camera to clip through the gun.
If you are, just go into Hit's anims Season 3 in the file explorer. Under meshes > scripts, find the folder for the automatic rifle and delete it. If you're using the automatic rifle standalone animations, don't use them with the AWO mod.
When using the both standalone file it feels kinda weird to have them both have a identical as far as i can tell stats/damage/dps to the vanilla automatic rifle, doesn't really feel right to have 3 slight variants on the same weapon, at least to me, even minor statistical changes would be nice, i may look at tweaking them myself in Xedit.
I've ended up deciding to use the BAR as a replacer for the dead money rifle, and the FND standalone file, and I've used FNVedit to modify the FND to be a skill75 gun with lower damage but higher capacity.
I'd adjust the leveled lists too but I don't actually know how to do that.
Currently using the FND replacer and the model looks to be the BAR model and textures instead of the FND. Still uses the animations from the FND so I think the model and textures are just incorrect.
If you also have WAP Year One and Bonus installed they used a script to replace the meshes with theirs. You can find the script for the autorifle and delete or hide it. That's at least what I ran into, may help.

EDIT: the nvse plugin was missing a line of where the casing should be coming from
