Adds an early game submachine gun loosely based on the Type 79. Honest Hearts required.

Description
In my recent New Vegas playthrough I noticed the lack of an early game automatic weaponwe're gonna ignore the 9mm submachine gun inside Doc Mitchell's house so I decided to make one! The Chinese Submachine Gun is a nif-bashed automatic weapon found in the early game that uses 9mm rounds, does high damage, but has a mediocre rate of fire and uses 2 projectiles per shot so you can't just spray and pray.
Integrated into Leveled List and it's also affected by the following perks:
- The Professional
- Grunt
Installation
Install with MO2 (don't use vortex pls)
