Quick dumb question. I installed this after "Sierra Madre Grande Entrance" and it's asking me if I want to overwrite some files textures/landscape/LOD/etc. Should I let it overwrite?
Are you using Fog-Based Object Culling? It hard-codes the DM fog values to hide distant objects. Though when I tested with it, it only caused a few parts of the ruins in the distance to pop out rather than everything.
Did you coc directly into the cell or did you enter it naturally? Interior cells set to behave as exterior seem to have a quirk where the weather doesn't look right unless you have previously been to an exterior cell. In my testing, if I coc to the fountain first and then coc into the suites, this fixed that quirk for me.

Megaton view is a big meh, but Tenpenny does have its breathtaking vista, such as it is in DC wasteland.
