Small patch that solves conflicts between these two mods

Please read before usage:
I made this patch before Stip Lights region fix was added to the Viva New Vegas guide and was a bit too paranoid about messing with load order. The "conflict" can actually be solved by loading Strip Lights Region Fix AFTER A Little More Lamplight.

So in a nutshell, only use this patch if you somehow really need A Little More Lamplight to be loaded after Strip Lights Region Fix. There is nothing harmful in this file but you will waste a plugin slot.
This is just a simple ESP that solves conflicts in region records so Strip Lights Region Fix & A Little More Lamplight will function together properly.
