I had this problem until a comment lower down said to turn off the Laser Weapon Iron Sights mod, and it worked for me. If you have that mod, disable it.
Having an issue where Pew Pew is double-firing, i.e. any time I pull trigger, it fires 2x instead of once, any way to figure out if this mod is causing this? Not sure what else would affect it, as I see nothing odd in terms of Pew Pew's xedit settings
Loving this mod so far, great work on it. I have an issue, but it isn't with the mod itself.
I'm running Vigor on my load order, which allows non-GRA versions of weapons to receive GRA weapon mods. When I do that, it reverts to the vanilla model (which I assume is because this mod obviously doesn't account for that).
Do you know if it would be possible to make a patch for Vigor to let both the GRA and non-GRA variants of laser pistols use your models when you attach a weapon mod? If you pointed me in the right direction I would gladly do it myself but I'm lost with how to execute it. Do I need to make changes to gr_LaserPistol.txt, or are there more changes I'm missing?
Yeah, it's really a shame because the model is superb, but those sights are just nigh unusable + unfortunately no TTW support, since if you attach any mods to a laser pistol it just reverts to the vanilla model :/
It is now, just got it yesterday. Looks fantastic. Also, judging by your name you might also like Heroes of The Apocalypse. It adds Mad Max as a playable race, along with his apparel.
I can't get either the Laser Pistol or the GRA variant of it to use anything but vanilla textures. I am not using any other mods that affect Laser Pistol meshes or textures, though I am using Hitman's Season 1-3 animations, along with his Locomotion animation, and B42 Inertia. Strangely enough, I am not having this issue with the WAP Year One pack, which is working as intended.
EDIT: I am noticing that, in-game, the console says that the scripts for this mod "failed to compile". I feel this may be the cause of my issue, but I am unsure how to fix it.
EDIT 2: Figured it out myself! Turns out, the issue was with ShowOff NVSE. Just needed to uninstall and reinstall it to fix the issue, so if anyone else has this problem, try that.
With that settled, I was able to take a look at the redesign proper, and I gotta say, it's really impressive! Sleek and stylish, definitely worth the install.
