Honestly do hope you make some mods for SteveMRE1989. I'd say use the MRE to MCI-> Meal Combat Individual ration. Since this adds MCI Ration to FNV and a ton of different items, when you play Lonesome Road, it means it is more meaningful if you want to hear these sounds.
