   New Vegas has a puking noise? I, in all my years of playing New Vegas on a PS3 and then on the PC, I ain't ever hear a puking noise. Where's this played, the Strip?

      AFAIK if you only play vanilla the only time you'll ever hear it is Freeside drunks and maybe drunk NCR troopers on the strip.

   Nice Mod its probably irritating needing to hear a vomit sound every time you do something wrong

   I didn't even know there were any mods that use that noise. I could imagine mods that would, though. Like an 'NPCs react to finding a dismembered corpse' mod or some such thing. Or a 'feral ghouls spew radioactive puke on you' mod, perhaps.

      it's most frequently a problem with unclean food in Imp's More Complex Needs. The situation you describe does occur in Immersive Fast Travel
