Once you have finished your business in the Pitt and in Zion, you can loot two keys of two dead NPCs that will grant you access to a new part of the city. This area can be accessed via the Pine Creek Tunnel in Zion, (provided that you have the key found in the Pitt) or through a door by the collapse car tunnels across from the bridge in the Pitt. (also provided that you have the key from Zion) The NPCs can be found near by, as seen on the screenshots.
