esp-free mod providing universal solution to edit limb dismemberment/explosion setting of weapons.

Includes an .ini file with extended configuration (including TTW weapons). By default, small guns and rifles won't dismemember or explode limbs, bladed weapons will only dismember etc... I tried to stay logical. Don't hesitate to say to me if any edit seems to not be the good one. Or create your own patch with the help of explanations I give you for free below 'Custom INI' section.
Dismemberment/explosion could be decided by Weapon ID, Projectile ID or Weapon Type. No direct edits to Weapons, all changes done by script.

Big thanks to Bilbo1Swaggins and awesomenessofme (I used some of their settings in this version, especially for TTW). If you're playing with TTW + Rebuild the Capital mod, use instead the INI file provided by awesomenessofme.

Custom INI
You can also add your own custom INI files, without the need to edit the main one.
Let say you want to edit dismemberment setting for a weapon with MyCustomWeapon editor ID.
Create an .ini file into the 'config\zebumper\Dismemberment\' folder and call it as you want.
Inside it, add [SETTINGS] (like in the main INI) section and below it add editor ID of weapons you want to edit and give it a value:
MyCustomWeapon = 4
-> will disable any dismemberment/explosion for this weapon.
Please refer to main INI to know wich value to choose. 

If for any reason you want to disable the custom INI modifications, you can just put the bCheckCompatibilityFiles setting to 0 into the main INI file.
