It doesn't look lore unfriendly in my opinion. Maybe change the riot helmet's upper texture a little bit to make it match the assassin armor's olive drab cuirass.
EDIT: Also maybe change the name from "Stormtroopers" to something more based and American sounding like "Minutemen". Just my opinion.
Thanks for the feedback! I mistakenly listed Elite riot helmets but placed advanced riot helmets, gonna fix that, have a look when it's updated see what you think. As for the colours I really think they work well however in the future id be happy to make a personalized version for you when I've gotten further down the work log, or you are welcome to have a go yourself if you want that's no problem :)
Also if you want I can send you the GECK editor Id's codes for this esp and again you are more than welcome to change their name to whatever you want in your own game :D

I may ask, how do you add custom soldiers to an existing army in Enclave Commander?
I would like to have a full tutorial.
