The Mod
Reskins Hopper31's classic vertibird mod into the classic 80s helicopter from the movie of the same name! Also includes the Harrison Fire Control Helmet from the movie as an optional file.
Helmet Location
Inside the Player Vertibird itself once you complete the quest to own it, inside the grey metal box next to the bed/bench.
