It's too late for me to check how well this works on my present playthrough, but I'll grab it and give it a test drive on my next playthrough.
Chiefly, the one major thing I'm hoping this squashes is the fact that Bradley never finishes properly reading the letter you deliver to him, requiring the console command, "setstage xx000ADD 25" in order to proceed with the quest.
