Love this texture, makes a big difference, especially if used alongside Ashen's flag animation. I think a version that's just dirty but not torn would be nice, obviously these flags are being made new in the NCR, so I like the idea of the new version, but it looks kind of out of place in a lot of locations. Anyways, just and idea, great work on this!
