Creation of Patch
Misc Gameplay Merge adds the standard workbenches in all player homes. There is just one tiny mistake in the Lucky 38 presidential suite where the mod places a reloading bench at the exact same spot as the workbench in the vanilla game. This makes both of them clip together (see Images).
To fix this I simply moved one of the crates a bit to be able to fit the reload bench into the corner. That's pretty much it.
If anyone finds other instances of displaced workbenches, let me know
