An experimental NPC Overhaul for some female NPCs.

I was playing with NVR3R and I noticed that a lot of female NPCs use some variation of the Hispanic race that comes with that mod. The idea is to use Type 4 races and hair assets to overhaul some of these characters that are also not covered by mods like Brave New World. There are quite a few mods on the Nexus with similar ideas.

Gives all of these NPCs new appearances with T4 Mannequin and T4 Goblinas races and hairs from Simple Hairs/Megaton Hairs. Cass specifically gets a bigger hat mesh for her Simple Hairs to not clip so much. Based them somewhat on the playing cards when possible, although I'm too lazy to refine their FaceGen further.

Also replaces all vanilla hairs with Simple Hairs, since they come with hat variants. Avoided using Megaton hairs since all hat wearers using these hairs would become bald.
I'm pretty much done with it at this point unless there are some major bugs I missed and I'm thoroughly sick of the NPC workflow in this engine so mod comes as is.
Includes Simple Hairs Replace Vanilla Hairs.
